SwingMeOut.com is a swing dancing class and event listing site which both aggregates swing dancing classes and events and enables swing dancing event managers, teachers and musicians around the world to list and edit their own listings. The site aims to give swing dancers the world over access to as many opportunities to go swing dancing whether at home or abroad.
Swing dancers are presented with a listing of all the classes and events we’re aware of in date order – not just weekly or regular events, but infrequent, one-off and special events too.
Event organisers/teachers can add events and classes to SwingMeOut.com themselves. They can then edit and delete their own events too. Bugs and mistakes can happen, but generally the organisers and teachers of the events listed are responsible for the accuracy of the information they’ve published. If it’s wrong, please do speak to them. If it’s their mistake they can fix it. If it’s our mistake they can ask us to fix it.
Our objective is to make it as easy as possible for the swing dancing community around the world to find and list swing dancing events, ensuring swing dancers, event organisers and teachers have as much control as possible.
This website is not perfect, and never will be. It is a constant work in progress, and always will be. Nonetheless, we welcome but may not be able to take action on feedback.
