If you have a list of upcoming events that you can provide or export into a CSV, ics or ical file, we can import the events into SwingMeOut.
Our preference is for you to send us a CSV file, which you may be able to obtain by exporting events listed on your website, or you could build one yourself, by putting crucial information into a CSV format. The more detail you give us, the better your listing, but you can also put in just the basic information in our template which you can download here.
If you an ics or ical file by exporting events in your digital calendar, such as your iCloud or Outlook calendar.
You can also export the events you’ve put on Facebook into a ics file. Here’s how:
In your Facebook Business Profile – go to https://www.facebook.com/events/calendar and click “Add to Calendar”. It’ll download an ics file. Send that to help@swingmeout.com. We’ll then do some funky stuff to get the info imported into SwingMeOut.com.
Send us a promotional image or logo and we can import that too – but not unique ones for each event, I’m afraid.
NB: this function is not intended for weekly classes, but rather the less frequent events, socials, workshops, festivals etc
